2 Brothers and a Roller Contractors: a CRM built around their workflow
A long, extensive project in which we customized the Perfex CRM platform to fit how a contracting company actually works.
The challenge
The company wanted many things at once, but the main focus of the work was not clear. Part of the project was to find it together with them, and to build the system around it.
That focus turned out to be a simple flow: the contractor visits the house, attaches photos in the CRM, and the administrators prepare a proposal from those photos and send it to the contractor right away.
How the system works
1. The contractor visits the house
The work starts on site, with the person who sees the job in person.
2. Photos go into the CRM
The contractor attaches the photos directly in the CRM, so they are linked to the job.
3. Administrators prepare the proposal
The administrators review the photos and manage the proposal from the CRM.
4. The proposal reaches the contractor
The proposal is sent to the contractor at that moment, without waiting.
We started from Perfex CRM and modified it for what the company needed, instead of making them adapt to a generic tool.
